Transfer Pricing Strategies for Intercompany Transactions, Asset Management and TMS Live Demo

Participants must have completed the Treasury Fundamentals module or have equivalent professional experience.

Upon successful completion of this course, the participant should be able to:

• Understand the Transfer Pricing (TP) main rules, principles and reporting requirements for treasury, as well as related risks
• Identify potential issues and types of financial services and products to be considered for TP, produce tax documentation
• Assess types of short-term investment products available, pro’s and con’s of each one
• Understand how to adapt the investment policy to optimize return on short-term investments and best practices
• Better understand features of treasury solutions (TMS) through live demo’s

• Principles and rules defined by OCDE and applied by EU to transfer pricing operations – history and new context
• All possible intercompany to consider to inventory financial TP transactions, review of the main reporting requirements – examples
• Review of all types of short-term investments used by treasurers, best practices to optimize return while mitigating counterparty risks
• Benefits of diversified strategies and tools to invest on-line
• Demo’s of TMS solutions and fintech’s to better understand in practice benefits of automation
