This 6-week course introduces participants to the practice of Laughter Yoga, combining playful laughter exercises, breathing techniques, gentle movement, and insights from positive psychology and neuroscience.

Each session offers practical tools to reduce stress, boost energy, strengthen resilience, and cultivate a more positive outlook on everyday life. No yoga experience, flexibility, or sense of humor is required - only curiosity and a willingness to explore the benefits of intentional laughter in a supportive and welcoming environment.
