Who is the training course aimed at?

Anyone wishing to shift their professional career towards project management responsibilities, whether as an active member or as the leader of a small to medium-sized project.

What are the prerequisites?

Successful completion of the module "Project management - Essentials" (C6025), "Process Improvement Project Management" (C6036), "Accounting for non-accountants" (C2002) and "MS-Excel advanced" (C1321) or proof of equivalent certified knowledge.

What are the aims or the skills being targeted?

Learn how to create and use the GANTT and PERT charts with EXCEL, T, PERT, control chart, normal law (Gauss curve).
Learn the advanced EXCEL statistical functions : mean, standard deviation, normal distribution , min/max , t-test.
Create dashboards and various advanced chart functions with Excel.
Analysis of a bid.
Learn how to write a project charter with IREB user specifications.
Get an introduction to agile project management methodology (SCRUM).
Implement and monitor project budgeting with Excel.
