What does the training course cover?

A ten-week leadership and personal development training course for senior management groups in knowledge work organizations such as finance, law, and professional services. The program works on both levels burnout runs on: it builds each participant's capacity to carry load, and surfaces what the organization is asking them to carry.

A two-level approach

  • Individual: building each person's capacity through consistent practice woven into daily life
  • Organizational: identifying the working conditions that drive exhaustion and making recommendations to address them

Three pillars

  • Addressing the physiological and psychological root causes of burnout rather than its symptoms
  • Multi-level transformation, with personal resilience and organizational support working in tandem
  • Transferable intelligence: the discernment, self-awareness, and capacity for purposeful action that make people more effective in any situation

Seven disciplines, sequenced into protocols

  • Yoga, breathwork, and deep rest: nervous-system regulation, recovery, and better sleep
  • Meditation: sharper, more sustained attention, with less rumination and reactivity
