Mutual fund professionals who wish to acquire a thorough knowledge of private equity fund administration and custodian activities.
Alternative fund professionals who wish to develop their understanding of private equity specifics in the areas of fund structuring and monitoring, valuation and performance calculation/attribution.
Other professionals working in AIFMs, legal, audit and consulting firms, etc. who wish to benefit from a comprehensive overview of private equity business processes.

What are the aims or the skills being targeted?

The objective of this training module is to provide participants with an understanding of the specifics of private equity accounting and reporting. This is an advanced course that does not cover the fundamentals of fund accounting. Therefore, it is expected that participants will already have accounting experience.
