Onboarding - Successfully Integrating New Employees

Anyone responsible for welcoming, onboarding and integrating new employees.

A good start makes all the difference. A structured onboarding process provides guidance, strengthens the sense of belonging, and lays the foundation for successful collaboration.

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

• Understand the importance and impact of implementing a structured onboarding process within their organisation;
• Support managers in identifying the needs associated with the arrival of a new employee;
• Effectively prepare for the arrival of a new employee;
• Raise team awareness about welcoming and integrating new employees;
• Better understand the expectations of new employees.

Understanding the challenges and key success factors involved in integrating new employees:

• Prepare and organise the onboarding of new employees by actively involving managers
• Formalise and structure the onboarding process while ensuring appropriate support for new employees
• Communicate the organisation’s values and culture
• Manage and evaluate the probationary period

The course ends with a written exam. Successful completion of the exam is sanctioned by a certificate of success issued by the House of Training and cosigned by the "Ministère de l'Education nationale, de l'Enfance et de la Jeunesse".
