Goals

This training provides a clear and practical overview of personal insurance, presenting the main coverages related to accidents, illness, and life insurance.
It helps to understand protection mechanisms, the rights of policyholders and beneficiaries, as well as the legal and contractual foundations of these policies.

Understand lump-sum coverage based on the insured’s status
Be able to position indemnity-based coverage alongside lump-sum coverage
Identify the role of health insurance within personal coverage
Master the different types of coverage provided
Position indemnity coverage in individual accident insurance
Know the basic principles of common (civil) law
Understand the impact of information disclosure and medical underwriting in life insurance

Be able to explain the rights of the policyholder and the beneficiaries
Have an overall view of the possibilities for capital growth and contract modifications
