What are the aims or the skills being targeted?

This training course is part of a more comprehensive programme called  Manager in Mediative Communication .
This programme consists of 11 independent modules that can be taken individually as desired, but it can also be completed as a single course.

This module provides an overview of the legal framework governing mediation in Luxembourg and examines the ethical standards applicable to mediation practice.
