We enhance both individual development and efficiency by sharing the IT expertise and managerial experience of our instructors. We offer over 300 courses in French and English at our center in Capellen. These courses focus on infrastructure, development, project management, governance, and soft skills.

Prerequisites

ITIL® 4 Foundation certificate.

Goals

This module covers all types of engagement and interactions between a service provider and their customers, users, suppliers and partners. It focuses on the conversion of demand into value via IT enabled services. It addresses topics such as Service Level Agreement (SLA) design, multi-supplier management, communication, relationship management, customer experience (CX) and user experience (UX) design, and customer journey mapping. It provides candidates with the tools to increase stakeholder satisfaction which is integral to business success in the current competitive landscape.
