I am a trilingual Learning Professional located in Luxembourg, with 30 years of experience and a proven track record in industry, academia and consulting. My observation is that technical skills get people hired, but the so-called soft-skills are what allows them to develop their maximum impact. My conviction is that people skills and managerial skills are learnable and teachable. My passion is making breakthrough learning happen through enjoyable training sessions and professional coaching.
Wherever participants are in their trainer journey, this workshop will help them advance to the “next level”. Absolute beginners learn the tricks of the trade that allow them to hit the ground running and start delivering impactful sessions. Intermediate trainers get to review and tweak their current style, and pick up new ideas. Experienced trainers get the chance to step back and analyze their habits and techniques, and share some of their own experience.
This “Train The Trainer” intervention turns technical experts into confident facilitators. They will walk away with clear ideas about how to structure their content, engage their audience, and create an enjoyable learning experience with lasting impact – whether face-to-face or online.
Our approach is ambitious: we don’t aim to get people “a little better” at delivering training – we aim at fundamentally changing the way they approach the task and interact with their audience. Hundreds of past participants in this workshop over the years have confirmed its impact and developed a passion for sharing their knowledge.
