The pre-sale, point-of-sale and post-sale measures to protect customers as well as those that are activated should a life company get into financial difficulty.

Duration: 1-hour e-learning course.

A 15-question knowledge check at the end of the course which selects random questions from a bank to provide a formal test of subject understanding. When participants reach the 80% pass mark they will receive a certificate.
