AI literacy for teams — online corporate course

Any employee who uses AI tools at work, in any department: administration, human resources, finance, marketing, customer service, operations. No prior technical knowledge is required.

No technical prerequisites. Everyday familiarity with standard office software is sufficient.

Enable all staff to use generative AI tools effectively, critically and compliantly. By the end of the course, participants can frame a useful request, judge the reliability of an answer, recognise the situations in which AI must not be used, and apply their employer's data-protection rules.

A 24-hour programme over six weeks. Weeks one and two cover the foundations: what a language model actually does, and how to frame a useful request. Weeks three and four address verification, errors and bias. Weeks five and six cover confidential data, the regulatory framework and role-specific uses, working on participants' real tasks.

Online small-group training combining demonstrations, hands-on workshops on the company's real cases, and guided discussion. Each participant works on their own professional tasks during the session.

Continuous assessment through practical exercises completed in session, with individual trainer feedback.

Named certificate of attendance stating the number of hours and the topics covered.

Session materials, good-practice sheets and example prompts provided in digital format.
