Who is organising this training course?

I am a trilingual Learning Professional located in Luxembourg, with 30 years of experience and a proven track record in industry, academia and consulting. My observation is that technical skills get people hired, but the so-called soft-skills are what allows them to develop their maximum impact. My conviction is that people skills and managerial skills are learnable and teachable. This session discusses personality types and improves participants’ ability to:

Use a precise set of vocabulary to describe behavioral preferences
Explain personality differences between themselves and others
Adapt their own behavior and see personality differences in a constructive way
Consider the four dimensions when interacting and communicating

What does the training course cover?

People do not all think, communicate or work in the same way. Personality models provide a useful language for exploring these differences. They should not be used to put people into rigid boxes, but rather to improve self-awareness, adapt communication, improve teamwork, and increase mutual understanding.
