A skills assessment needs to be taken before the beginning of the coaching. This assessment is apart of the program cost.

• Understanding your skill-set can be a differentiator when building relationships and working on finding a new job
• In this coaching we will look at what is your skill-set and map it to jobs that interest you
• Do a deep dive into the key aspects of the job and and see what kind of an impact you can make on a day to day basis.
• See how Emotional Intelligence can impact your communication thus create better relationships when going into interviews
• The coaching will create a space to help you understand yourself better.
• This coaching will be using expertise from an assessment tool that will identify your strengths and developmental points.
• We will provide a platform that promotes learning and self discovery.

We will use, role plays and systemic coaching tools to investigate the topic. We will also use gamafication techniques to expand the attendees perspectives.

A certificate of completition will be handed out

We will use PCM communication model to assess the communication style of the attendees. Added cost of 150 Euros per assessment.
