About us

PwC's Academy leverages PwC's expertise to provide organisations across sectors and geographies with premium learning experiences.

Our goal is to help develop the knowledge, skills, competences and expertise of people; to help organisations grow and retain their talents. We implement vocational training best practices that privilege quality, efficiency and innovation, and remain continuously attentive to the needs of our clients. Our mission is carried out by our team of experts, who share their knowledge and know-how gained through years of working with leading organisations around the world.

PwC's Academy is a vocational training organisation approved by the Luxembourgish Ministry of Education, Children and Youth. The Luxembourg state provides training subsidies under certain conditions, according to the Law of 22 June 1999 modified by the Law of August 2017.

Our approach

Successful organisational change and personal development require accurate and up-to-date knowledge, competences and also a trainer’s mindset. In a fast-changing business environment, it is essential that learning and development activities are aligned with the strategic needs of the business. We team up with our clients to develop learning solutions, which impact positively on business outcomes and steer people forward.

The extensive PricewaterhouseCoopers network of professionals constitutes our primary trainers pool. Our trainers are seasoned professionals in the fields of audit and controlling, tax, finance and advisory services and hold the necessary pedagogical background. We leverage both local and international PwC networks to tailor each course to the specific needs of our clients and deliver transnational training journeys.

We have also developed long lasting partnerships with external subject matter experts to complement the internal trainers' pool on personal development related courses. These external partners are rigorously chosen and strictly comply with our quality requirements. Our partnerships with external providers are transparent and openly discussed with the client upfront.

Our learning solutions
  • Open courses

Open courses deal with the most demanded topics and as such their number and extent is in continuous evolution. They are planned to meet the market demand. Professionals from different companies attend at the same time (live or recorded, on premises or remote).

  • Dedicated intra-company courses

All our open courses can be delivered, as dedicated sessions at our premises or at our clients’. Over the last few years, intra-company courses have become the most asked-for format as it allows for the course to be optimally tailored to a specific audience, a company’s business processes and its internal culture.

  • Digital learning

From induction to deep dives, we use several approaches to make the most of digital learning technologies, including blended and virtual learning solutions.

PwC Academy’s training library is available on our website that you can find in the "Contact" section. The library provides you with contents and objectives of more than 200 training sessions.

Teaching methods

Training facilities

Live open courses are delivered at our premises; dedicated courses can also be organized at our client’s. Remote delivery though renowned webinars platforms is also available depending on the topic and of course given the evolution of sanitary conditions.

PwC’s Academy has over 1000 m2 of dedicated training facilities located at Crystal Park, comprising 13 modular classrooms, fully equipped and able to welcome large audiences.

We also propose a first-class catering service for any meal.

PwC’s Luxembourg Crystal Park building meets the BREEAM requirements (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method). A BREEAM building focuses on the comfort and well-being of its occupants.
