Teaching methods

The training courses (both online and in person) combine the teaching of content with as much direct implementation as possible. Ideally, participants will be able to apply the new content to their own topics during the training course.

The training courses are based on neurodidactic principles that promote brain-friendly and sustainable learning. The training courses are highly interactive (even online), so that participants can also learn from each other.

Antje is an expert in the innovative learning format known as learning circles and co-authored the book ‘Die Kraft der Learning Circles’ (The Power of Learning Circles), which was published in 2025.
It is possible to design learning journeys on new topics using different formats, so that self-learning content, exchange and application can be combined as efficiently and practically as possible.
