Our goal is to help develop the knowledge, skills, competencies and expertise of professionals to support their organizations in their development. We implement the best practices in terms of continuing professional development that prioritize quality, efficiency and innovation and are continually attentive to the needs of our customers. Our team of pedagogical engineers and the entire PwC community mobilize the knowledge and know-how acquired during years of collaboration with leading organizations around the world.

PwC's Academy is a continuing professional training organization approved by the Ministry of National Education, Children and Youth.

Our approach

Successful organizational change and personal development require precise and up-to-date knowledge, honed skills and a proactive mindset. In a rapidly changing business environment, it is essential that learning and development activities are aligned with strategic business needs. We work with our customers to develop learning solutions that positively impact growth and develop people.

The local and international network of PwC professionals is our main community of trainers. They are seasoned professionals, experts in the fields of audit and internal control, taxation, the finance function, accounting and business consulting who mobilize in the name of their common passion for the transmission of their expertise. Thanks to this unparalleled pool, we are able to offer innovative and effective educational solutions in Luxembourg and on transnational perimeters.

We have also developed partnerships with external stakeholders who come to support our experts in the field of personal and professional development, leadership and management. These external partners provide additional added value, all have first-class experience and reputations and operate with the consent of our customers.

Our educational solutions
  • "Open" training

These courses deal with the most requested subjects on the market and their number is constantly changing. The sessions welcome professionals from different companies in face-to-face or remote formats.

  • "Dedicated" intra-company training

All the topics covered in the open training courses as well as any subject falling within PwC's field of competence can also be the subject of dedicated training courses for intra-company audiences. This is the most requested format because of the flexibility it offers to maximize the educational impact by adapting to the audience and the organizational and cultural specificities of the company.

  • Digital training

PwC's Academy develops innovative digital training courses combining the latest technological advances around the current topics of its clients.

The training catalog offered by PwC's Academy is available on the site which you will find in the "Contact" section: it highlights the objectives and content of more than 200 training courses.
