Unlike traditional universities, DTMD University for Digital Technologies in Medicine and Dentistry, Luxembourg is an international network:

which is operated and coordinated as a private higher education institution under Luxembourg law. The seat of the university is located in the castle in Wiltz. With its programs, DTMD University aims to give Luxembourg a special significance as a location for postgraduate professional education in the center of Europe.

The worldwide offer of the DTMD University includes:

postgraduate master's degree programs in medicine as well as in dentistry,
special education and training certificates for medical and dental technicians,
Education and training programs for nurses and caregivers in mobile and inpatient care.

DTMD University's academic teaching practices ensure hands-on clinical training and shadowing.

The DTMD University for Digital Technologies in Medicine and Dentistry, Luxembourg, is certified according to DIN ISO Quality Management System for Educational Institutions "Learning Services for Education and Training" and all master programs of the DTMD University are accredited according to the guidelines of the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA) the "Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area" (ESG). This will also apply to the doctoral studies of DTMD University from summer 2021.

The courses offered by DTMD University are based on the high quality standards of the Copenhagen Process for non-formal education and serve to improve vocational skills and competencies. They range from simple craft skills to postgraduate master's and doctoral studies.

Currently, three certificate course programs are offered on a part-time basis:
