Contact details+352 247 75910 info@cepas.public.lu | The CEPAS consultation centre is for teenagers and young adults and their parents, families and guardians. It offers different types of support:
- psychological and psychotherapeutic support for:
- personal difficulties (feeling distressed, lonely, anxious or depressed, lacking motivation, etc.)
- problems with the family or relationships (difficult family situations, conflicts, breakdown in communication, etc.)
- problems at school (fear of school, or unwillingness to attend, poor results, stress, etc.)
- social support (help with administrative procedures, looking for housing, etc.)
- educational support (conflicts, dropping out of school, etc.)
- support for psychomotor issues (stress, difficulty paying attention and concentrating, etc.).
There is no charge for these consultations, which are confidential and by appointment. Additionally, there is a hotline, and it is possible to take part in group activities encouraging discussion among young people and the development of various relationship and social skills. The CePAS also offers financial assistance for pupils enrolled in full-time secondary education at a public secondary school in Luxembourg or attending such a school as part of their training. Pupils may apply to the SePAS of their school for a subsidy paid to low-income households (subvention pour ménage à faible revenu - SMFR) or a stay-in-school subsidy (subvention du maintien scolaire - SMS) for adult pupils in a situation of psycho-social distress.
