New IT and web orientation bootcamp from NumericALL

The new session of My Compass – orientation bootcamp for jobs in the web – is a new type of I.T training in Luxembourg.

Are you striving for a career in the web? This training opportunity could be for you. If you wish to join the next cohort and take part in an an exciting and dynamic programme to discover web and I.T. jobs, upgrade your I.T. skills along the way, while you understand the different jobs related to the web, and build your portfolio and acting plan to obtain one of these jobs. Join learners from all backgrounds and from all over the world, for a six-week intensive bootcamp.

This course if aimed at young adults and new comers to Luxembourg. Training is 6 weeks in hybrid mode (alternating in-classroom and on-line classes) The cost is subsidised, and there are no fees for participants.

This is an opportunity to learn the basics of key jobs in the web: Web Design, User Experience Design, Web Development (with HTML & CSS), webmaster skills (with WordPress), web marketing, SEO/SEA, and community management. Participants will work on a personal project: design and develop a website, market it and learn how to manage a community around your brand.

In parallel, participants work on their career plan with a professional coach and create an action plan to get the skills they need to find the job they want.

There will be an Information Session to present the programme, Wednesday 27 October, at 5 pm.
