Institutional training bodies

Last update : 16.06.2015

Definition

The requirement of a ministerial authorisation needed by private bodies is waived in the case of non-commercial training establishments. They are allowed to offer training under other legislation. Examples of these bodies include public training bodies (such as the National centre for lifelong vocational training – CNFPC) and professional chambers.
