Foundation

Definition

The term ‘foundation’ is used to designate charitable and other institutions, of general interest, created on the initiative of a private individual. Foundations are defined as “establishments which (...) aim to carry out work of philanthropic, religious, scientific, artistic, pedagogic, social, sporting or tourism nature”.
