A lot of communication problems, conflicts and differences of opinion in the workplace are the result of differences of opinion between generations. Once you understand why some colleagues think and react the way they do, it will be much easier to work and progress together.

By the end of this course, you'll be able to:

analyse the differences between generations and their source: the priorities, attitudes and key experiences that have shaped each of them, as well as their working styles and ideas,
collaborate across generational divides.
