Teamplay is a team-building activity during which the team learns to get to know each other, understand each other, listen to each other, communicate, and overcome challenges through a dynamic mix of board games and practical, positive experiences about teamwork within the company.

Through play, individuals reveal their personalities, strengths, and problem-solving approaches. This understanding allows team leaders to better understand their members and strategically allocate tasks and responsibilities.
