What are the aims or the skills being targeted?

This training course is part of a more comprehensive programme called  Manager in Mediative Communication .
This programme consists of 11 independent modules that can be taken individually as desired, but it can also be completed as a single course.

This module provides participants with a detailed understanding of the architecture of a mediation process. It explores the various stages of mediation and equips participants with practical tools to guide parties through each phase in a structured and effective manner.
