What are the aims or the skills being targeted?

Plantar reflexology is the alternative treatment which consists in applying pressure to the feet with the thumb. This therapy is based on a system of meridians that reflects an image of the body in the feet and preaches that the stimulation of these meridians allows positive changes in the human body.

Observing the map with the meridian system, however, is not the only step to take to successfully complete reflexology. During foot reflexology, you will learn all the principles of reflexology, its effects and also details on the anatomy of the human body, in particular the parts affected by the exercise of reflexology.
