Who is the training for?

Everyone working with and wishing to develop their understanding of Real Estate investment products, including Fund & Asset Managers, Accountants, Risk Managers, Bank Employees, Administrators, Corporate Secretaries etc.

Goals

The objective of the certification is to develop the necessary skills to master tax compliance in Real Estate investment products.

The certification is composed of 1 pre-requisite and 1 module available in English:

Certified Path Real Estate - Business Processes

Certified Path Real Estate - Governance & Control

Module:
REIF Advanced - Tax Compliance Real Estate Investment Products

Évaluation:

Examination : It is possible to take an examination f or each of the modules composing this program.
Certification : Those wishing to obtain the certificate must pass all exams of the listed modules and send a request for a certificate to our Customer Service (customer@houseoftraining.lu). The House of Training will then send the certificate.
