Who is organising this training course?

Who is the training course aimed at?

  • Employees from all sectors in Luxembourg
  • Professionals who need to use AI tools in their daily work
  • Support, operational, or management roles

What are the prerequisites?

  • Having completed the AI driving licence e-learning course
  • Access to a generative AI tool (ChatGPT, Copilot 365, Mistral, etc.).

What are the aims or the skills being targeted?

At the end of the training, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the uses and benefits of prompt engineering
  • Identify the three levels of prompts (system/admin/user)
  • Apply the golden rules to obtain reliable and accurate responses
  • Build structured prompts based on five key areas
  • Use reusable templates adapted to generic uses (email, meeting minutes, internal messages, summaries, etc.)
  • Utilise advanced techniques: thought processes, self-criticism, RAG (Resource-Based Approach)
  • Write in compliance with GDPR and the AI Act
  • Evaluate the quality of prompts and implement a mini-governance framework

What does the training course cover?

Module 1 – Fundamentals

  • The golden rules of an effective prompt
  • The three levels of a prompt: system, admin, user
  • Overview of tools: ChatGPT, Mistral, open-source LLM
  • Reusable templates for generic uses (emails, notes, summaries, etc.)

Module 2 – Practical Application

  • The 5-axis method (Role – Task – Format – Constraints – Context)
  • Advanced techniques:
    • Think chain (step-by-step reasoning)
    • Self-criticism (AI that improves its own response)
    • RAG (using internal documents)
  • GENERIC case studies:
    • Writing emails
    • Meeting summaries
    • Article summaries

Module 3 – Compliance & Deployment

  • GDPR & AI Act: best practices, risks, sanctions (CNPD 202)
  • Governance and management of an internal prompt library
  • Quality indicators (KPIs) and continuous improvement

What will you receive at the end of the training course?

Upon completion of the training, participants will receive a certificate of participation issued by the House of Training.

What other information is useful to know?

This training enables professionals from all sectors to acquire the essential skills to formulate effective, clear, and compliant prompts for the professional use of generative AI.
The method is based on a robust 5-axis structure (Role – Task – Format – Constraints – Context) and advanced techniques (think chain, self-criticism, RAG).
Because prompt engineering is just one technical skill among many, the training also integrates the essential soft skills for effective use: critical thinking, clear writing, collaboration, and iteration.

+/- 1 hour 15 minutes (the license remains active for 6 months)

This training is structured into three main complementary modules, each designed to help you progress step by step.
