Who is the training for?

Anyone wishing to acquire the basic problem-solving tools and approach applied to processes or who has taken the project management course.

Prerequisites

None. However, it is recommended to complete the module « Project management essentials » (C6025) prior to enrolling to this module or to have equivalent knowledge.

Goals

Learn the fundamentals of Lean and 6 Sigma methodologies ( level "Yellow Belt").
Learn quality tools used in project management (C6025).
Understand Efficiency and Productivity concepts.
Understand the process improvement principles.
Understand the principles of agile methods in process management (Lean, Kanban).
Introduce the basic statistics in a pragmatic approach.
Understand the value of visual communication and learn how to build efficient dashboard.
Apply the new concepts learn in a workshop KAIZEN.
