Training Objectives:
The PRINCE2 SHORT-TRACK training covers both the PRINCE2 FOUNDATION training program and the PRINCE2 PRACTITIONER training program.
The two training courses are combined in 5 days to allow participants to master the different concepts and understand how to put this methodology into practice in a short period of time.
