This syllabus consists of six chapters on which the examination is based. The main title of each chapter specifies the expected time to complete the chapter; this time is not detailed at the chapter section level. For accredited training, the program requires a minimum of 16.75 hours of instruction, divided among the following six chapters:

• Chapter 2: Testing during the Software Development Life Cycle (100 minutes)
• Chapter 3: Static Testing (135 minutes)
