Who is the training for?

Goals

  • Be able to assist a victim of an accident or illness at their workplace, at home, or on public roads while waiting for help to arrive;
  • Be able to contribute to the prevention of occupational risks within the company.

Contents

1/ GENERAL FIRST AID

  • Rescue chain
  • Procedure to follow at the scene of the accident
  • Emergency call 112
  • Obligation to assist a person in danger

2/ FIRST AID

  • Wounds, hemorrhages, and burns
  • Bone and joint injuries
  • Respiratory and cardiac problems
  • Cardiopulmonary resuscitation and early defibrillation
  • Impaired consciousness

Contribution of theoretical and practical knowledge, and simulated accident scenarios (real-life cases).

Teaching methods

  • Groupe de 12 personnes maximum.
  • Durée de la formation: 16 heures de face à face pédagogique
  • Pédagogie "active" alternant des phases théoriques et pratiques
  • Conditions tarifaires: forfait pour un groupe de 12 personnes maximum (nous consulter)

Certificate, diploma

Un certificat de réussite d’une validité de 5 ans sera remis aux personnes ayant suivi l’ensemble de la formation et ayant réalisé l’ensemble des conduites à tenir expliquées.
