We enhance both individual development and efficiency by sharing the IT expertise and managerial experience of our instructors. We offer over 300 courses in French and English at our center in Capellen. These courses focus on infrastructure, development, project management, governance, and soft skills.

What are the prerequisites?

5 years of industry experience
3 years working on projects
1 year in a leadership position on a project

The three criteria above are waived if you currently have a PMP® Certification from the Project Management Institute.

What are the aims or the skills being targeted?

The application of knowledge is a key success factor to learning. This course goes beyond the traditional project management class by first exposing the students to a rigorous study of the successful TenStep Project Management methodology. The students are then able to demonstrate their knowledge by managing a project from beginning to end with a software-based project simulation package.

What does the training course cover?

This approach reinforces the concepts and principles learned for effective project management. As a result, the students are more prepared to apply the methodology to real life situations.
