PMP® Exam Preparation

Before you apply for the exam, participant should make sure to meet one of the following sets of qualifications:

A four-year degree
36 months leading projects
35 hours of project management education/training

– OR –

A high school diploma
An associate’s degree or global equivalent
60 months leading projects
35 hours of project management education/training

Following the completion of the course participants should be able to:

• Plan the project (budget, schedule, scope, quality, project activities, procurement, and closure)
• Execute project to deliver business value
• Ensure that the project’s success can be consistently repeated within your organisation
• Pass the PMP Exam

• The PMP course is designed for people with project management experience.
• The course is aimed at all professionals, whether or not they have the title of project manager, diplomas or certifications in project management.
• PMP training ensures that a candidate is able to apply the Good Project Management Practices, recognised by the Project Management Institute (PMI), to successfully manage projects.

• 230 minutes
• 180 questions
• The Objective Test Questions are a combination of different kinds of questions
• Closed book

Upon successful completion of the exam and following confirmation of the results, the participants will receive a unique, secure and auditable electronic certificate from PMI.
