Goals

To obtain a basic understanding of what the payroll profession involves
To become familiar with the respective obligations of the employer and the employee
To understand the payslip

In order to avoid errors that can prove costly to the employer it is important to be familiar with and adhere to certain basic rules.

As well as calculating the salary you will be required to complete a whole series of administrative formalities, apply the rules specific to each scenario, gather together various documents and even avoid certain traps. The presentation will look at the respective obligations by which the employer and the employee are bound, paying particular attention to certain current issues.
