NIS2 Essentials

TRECCERT NIS2 Essentials is a foundational training course designed to introduce trainees to a fundamental understanding of the NIS2 Directive. The course covers the strategic purpose, scope of application, and key principles of NIS2, while also highlighting its evolution from the NIS1 Directive. Participants will gain the knowledge needed to support a strong and sustainable security culture by applying secure practices in their daily work and actively engaging in feedback processes for continuous improvement.

Candidates interested in obtaining the NIS2 Essentials and Employee Awareness credentials are required to pass the exam successfully. The NIS2 Essentials exam consists of 20 multiple-choice questions, including the stem and four alternatives (only one correct answer). The exam duration is 1 hour.
