What are the aims or the skills being targeted?

If you’re new to mindfulness or have tried meditation and found, much to your disappointment, that it doesn’t seem to be the right thing for you, this course will be perfect for you.
The instructor will guide participants through various guided meditations, each tailored to specific life situations, with clear objectives and tangible benefits. She will explain exactly what to do when you feel like “it’s not working” or that you “can’t do it,” and as the course progresses, participants will discover how they can apply the practice to different areas of their lives.
The instructor takes a very down-to-earth approach; you don’t need to be particularly spiritual. This course is for everyone.
