Who is the training for?

The persons concerned by the Training Programme are all persons placed under the authority of a professional (or acting on his behalf) subject to prudential supervision by the CSSF, i.e. individuals providing investment advice (“Advisory profile”) or information (“Information profile”) on financial instruments, investment services or ancillary services to clients.

Goals

This module is part of the MiFID II Certification.

This informative session introduces the participants to the MiFID II framework, its origins and legal background as well as the key topics addressed by it. It also introduces the training programme objectives. The session further explains the need for MiFID II along with the measures that need to be implemented to meet the MiFID II requirements.
