Repérage des contraintes : zonage, alignement, hauteur, emprise au sol, stationnement, etc.

Étude de cas – Projet de maison individuelle

Analyse d’un terrain (superficie, orientation, environnement)
Établissement du schéma de principe : implantation, gabarit, accès, stationnement, règles de recul…
Croquis ou maquette sommaire en binôme ou petit groupe
