Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is designed to teach the fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma and its application. It is intended for project managers of part-time improvement teams.

Participants are trained and tested on their understanding and ability to apply the tools and techniques to all elements of the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology.

As part of the DMAIC methodology, participants learn to integrate Lean Six Sigma into a comprehensive process improvement and project management approach.
