This programme is designed for Managers, Senior Managers and Directors working in accounting firms, audit firms or similar professional services environments, who face a dual challenge: leading a team while managing assignments and client relationships. It is also suitable for newly appointed managers who want to quickly structure their managerial posture, routines and day-to-day practices.
3 days, spread over 3 weeks, for a total of 21 hours of face-to-face training.

The individual coaching session allows participants to work on a real managerial situation such as a difficult feedback conversation, workload pressure, delegation issues, tension with a team member or a sensitive client relationship, and to leave with an immediately applicable action plan.
