To have participated in a Climate Fresk workshop

At the end of this training, you will be a facilitator of the Climate Fresco and will be able to raise awareness within your organization and outside of it about the causes and consequences of climate change.

Role of the facilitator

• Organizer: logistics and responsibility
  • Prepare the necessary resources
  • Be guarantor of timing
• Expert: scientific knowledge and pedagogy
  • Know the game and key concepts
  • Demonstrate pedagogy in order to provide clear explanations to players
  • Posture of the facilitator, no need to be a climate expert, nor to have the answer to everything
• Facilitator: kindness and mediation

Management

• Time budget: learn to follow the progress without being overwhelmed
• Complexity budget: learn to adjust the level of difficulty according to the audience
• Emotion budget: knowing how to be attentive to reactions and knowing how to welcome emotions

This workshop-style training will enable you to revisit the Climate Fresco course and familiarize yourself with the facilitator's role and stance.

Please note that a significant portion of the training involves standing.

You become a Climate Fresk Facilitator (white belt)
