Who is the training course aimed at?

Anyone wishing to learn computer fundamentals, from building a computer to connecting it securely to a network. This module prepares for the CompTIA A+ Certification.

Provide fundamentals of computer hardware and software as well as advanced concepts such as security, networking, and the responsibilities of an ICT professional.
Develop working knowledge of how computers operate, how to assemble computers, and how to troubleshoot hardware and software issues on computers and mobile devices.
Develop critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills with Hands-on labs and virtual learning tools using both real equipment and Cisco Packet Tracer.
Install and upgrade hardware and software and troubleshoot systems.
Experiment with network designs and configurations with Cisco Packet Tracer simulation-based learning activities
Identify common security threats like phishing and spoofing.
