Who is the training for?

Anyone who is confronted with project management, want to reorient their professional life towards project management, and who wishes to acquire the fundamental basics.

Goals

Acquire the basics of project management in order to be able to organize and follow a project from A to Z, from its initiation to its final completion. The following questions will be tackled:

  • What are the methods to be applied?
  • What steps to follow to properly manage a project?
  • What are the challenges?

  • All 4 stages of project management (initiate, plan, execute, close).
  • The basic tools of project management (project charter, GANTT, PERT, Work Breakdown Structure).
  • The human and managerial dimension of a project.
  • The SCRUM method.
