Goals

Understand the distribution of the 3 powers of governance
Identify the tools available to the supervisory power
To aprehend how internal control contributes to the application of the company's strategy

The general governance of a company brings together three powers: the sovereign power, the executive power and the supervisory power.

This workshop will show how this can be used by the Board of Directors through internal control for the implementation and monitoring of the company's strategy.
