Cécile Liégeois is a partner specialising in audit and regulatory matters within the Financial Sector industry, with over 25 years of professional experience in Luxembourg. She possesses extensive expertise in Luxembourg banking, payment, and investment firm regulations, including MiFID II, governance, compliance, outsourcing, DORA, SFDR, and PSD2. Cécile leads external audits of banks, financial sector professionals, and management companies, preparing regulatory reports and managing projects on new regulatory implementations with a focus on business, regulatory, and operational impacts. She also supports the establishment of new regulated entities or branches such as banks, MiFID firms, or payment institutions. Her client work includes audits, regulatory impact assessments, compliance assistance, AML reviews, and outsourcing framework evaluations.

Patrice Witz is a partner at PwC Luxembourg leading the Technology Consulting division with a specialisation in Financial Services. With over 23 years of IT Transformation experience primarily in the finance sector across Luxembourg and Belgium, he has managed major IT Transformation programs for Financial Institutions, including core system implementations, digital distribution channels, and IT function transformations. Patrice has overseen large-scale projects involving middleware integration and application package implementations. He established and manages a competence center for testing and quality assurance in generalist banks, covering strategy, preparation, and execution of all testing phases. His notable client engagements include digital transformation for Private Banking, core banking platform implementations, and quality assurance leadership for major banks in Luxembourg.

Krzysztof Jaros-Kraszewski is a director with over 20 years of experience leading IT strategy and CIO advisory at PwC Luxembourg. He specialises in IT strategy assessment, governance, and designing Target Operating Models (TOM) for European institutions, global banks, and industrial companies. Krzysztof helps organisations enhance IT maturity to position IT as a key business partner, advising on IT function reorganisation, transformation strategies, cost optimization, and sourcing. His expertise includes IT governance frameworks and Agile at scale, with notable projects such as defining IT roadmaps for major European banks and energy companies. He was recognized with the IT One Award for ICT Strategy Advisor of the Year.
