What does the training course cover?

Organisational change has traditionally been managed via specific change management processes within a stable business environment. However, managing ongoing and complex change in today’s VUCA world (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity) requires different approaches and a new focus. In this workshop you will be introduced to strategies that help you lead meaningful change by engaging people in the change process, offering focus, direction, and learning opportunities, appreciating diversity and supporting bottom-up communication processes. Amongst some of the strategies we will focus on is the concept of a learning organisation as a way to continuously transform, create meaningful change and face the pressures of constant change.

In this interactive workshop participants will be able to review the change processes they have undertaken or are planning. They have an opportunity to develop new ideas and strategies to lead meaningful change.

Speaker: Dr. Susanne Arend (ChangeFocus)
