What does the training course cover?

Hofstede Insights is a global consultancy helping international and multicultural organisations be more effective. Many misunderstandings arise from cultural differences. Our big data-based 6D framework, developed by prof Geert Hofstede and validated by more than 60 independent studies offers the most powerful tool to manage challenges leaders face when managing multicultural organisations. In this workshop, you will be introduced to the 6D framework which will visualize cultural differences as well as similarities. You will learn strategies and obtain tools to lead effectively in situations such as managing cross-cultural teams, running cross-cultural meetings, leading in a foreign country or global virtual management and international negotiation.
