This course aims to boost learners’ confidence in English through listening, reading and speaking activities based on engaging, everyday topics. Students discuss articles and audiovisual materials to develop oral fluency and accuracy. The course also covers key historical events, political institutions and cultural aspects of American and British societies. Overall, lessons are tailored to students’ needs and are designed to strengthen communication skills while building knowledge of grammar and vocabulary, including idioms and common collocations.
