- Choix des techniques naturelles.
- Les 4 causes de perte de la santé:

  - la baisse de la vitalité
  - la surexcitation psychique
  - la dégénérescence
- Les cures naturopathiques:
  - Désintoxication
  - Revitalisation
  - Stabilisation
